It was refreshing to hear someone think that it is important for children to be taught the importance of respect and honor. I also appreciated the strategies and techniques that were outlined. I plan to implement several of them in my classroom in the Fall. I hope to pass this information along to the parents of students in my classroom by setting some standards for acceptable behaviors at the beginning of the year, and offering to show parents ways to help their children become more accountable. Thank you Dani for being willing to say what needed to be said!
~ Melba
Dani gave real examples that I can use. I realized that if I’m not grooming my children then someone else is. ~ Vicki Brown
Dani, your grooming the next generation class was extremely beneficial. I am a high school business teacher, I have seen apathy and I am now in the process of implementing things you taught. It is my plan to write a book that will give secrets to eliminating apathy in high school. Dreaming is the key!! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart. I truly love you and what you do!!!!
~ Joanna Nachtigal-Zona
Dani, understanding that these little boys are set up for leadership was a great comfort to hear. Understanding what I can do to nuture this attribute, plus my child’s many others and work with his personality was such a big takeaway. I’m so excited to know that you are out there telling others how to get that fabulous relationship with Christ and to do this at such an early age with the kids. I trust that my children will grow up to have all the values, worth, confidence and knowledge of who they are, who they serve and what their purpose is in life.
~ Linda (Jeanine) Studley
Celebrating and working with, instead of against each of the personality traits within us is really valuable. We have a mixture of all of them in our family and your descriptions were right on target. Hearing it from you made more of an impact because your behavioral descriptions made so much sense! I’ve heard this and read this all before, but your presentation gave insights on how to work positively to allow each of those personalities and variations and combinations to become successful, well-balanced and happy individuals. It’s unfamiliar ground and it’s going to be difficult, but I see that I want to contribute to building success, rather than tearing down potential. Thank you for speaking so clearly from your heart and for sharing your insights to help us become more successful. You are a treasure trove of knowledge and practical wisdom. I look forward to learning more from you.
~ Sharon Fukushima
Hi Dani, Excellent teaching! I had often felt ill-equipped at parenting due to my own upbringing. Now we have the tools which we will implement one at a time.
~ Ralf & Laura Lubben
So many good points on truly grooming our children to be successful in life. Childern are a gift from God and as a parent we have the blessed opportunity to raise them according to God’s way and this training equips us all to see the true blessings that we have been given. You have such a passion for people to be sucessful in all aspects of their life, not just in their business. You are working on the hearts of people.
~ Denise Albert
I can’t put into enough words how inspirational your training on Grooming the Next Generation for Success. As I was listening, I was putting it into practice with my 4 year old daughter. You have given me the tools to raise my daughter’s to be successful in life and I can’t thank you enough .I will be able to use this information within my family, my part-time work and my home business.
~ Candice Gamez
I started to apply some of the things Dani taught immediatelyt! Dani’s right! Our kids want to do good. She has helped me see what I have done well and the areas I need to work on. I love her passion and willingness to tell us like it is. Thank you for impacting EVERY part of my life.
~ Kathy Humphreys
We are expecting our first child in October of this year and it could not have been better timing to become exposed to someone who has the knowledge and wisdom of so many areas within life like Dani Johnson. We have had so many questions and there is so much information out in the public that it can get overwhelming. Dani has made her teachings simple by using examples and listing steps towards implementing those steps. We hope to have some of these skills mastered before our daughter is born so that we have a great head start towards proper grooming and parenting. We are so happy to have found someone who is always going to say what they believe and not what others might want to hear. Thank you Dani so much for using and applying your gifts.
~ Troy Zollars
Awesome !! I began using your techniques immediately today with my 8 children and saw tremendous blessings already! Thank you!
~ Daina Ridgeway
Bravo for telling it like it is! Thank you for the tried and true proven ideas and methods for handling these “little adults”. My husband and I have always believed that communication was the key. We just didn’t always have the motivating factor in mind when we were trying to stress a point. You have reminded us of this VITAL ingredient for success. You are desperately needed and very refreshing. I am eternally grateful for these tidbits of meat and will clean my ears out for the next batch.
~ Marie Nelson
I am a single mom of 3 and I’ve learned so much! This information is so needed. I thought I had done a good job with my children because like you, people would go out of their way to comment on how well behaved my children were. But I failed to equip them to succeed. Now that my sons are 17 and 19 and living with their father. I realize what drove them away was my controlling behavior in an effort to protect them and keep them safe. What I missed was the need to communicate with them and let them know why I made the decisions and ask for their help instead of screaming out demands and orders like a drill sargeant. I realize I failed to equip them for success. My oldest son has such resentment towards me and my younger son is filled with disrespect for me and any type of authority. However, I am encourgaged and filled with hope. I will do as you suggested and ask for their forgiveness, praying that God will heal us and our relationship. With this information, I can do a better job with my 8 year old daughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will share this information with my homeschool co-op.
~ Rebecca Fischer
The whole training was valuable. I am a huge Dani fan. What I found most valuable was framing for children what your job as a parent is. We are entrusted with their lives and souls, and as parents it is our job to mentor and groom them for the right reasons, not for our egos or what someone else might think of us. Thank you!
~ Charlotte
We started using your techniques tonight with our little guy and it was really neat to see the light in Julian’s face when we told him that God loves him, accepts him, wants him to succeed and that He is preparing him for great things!! Wow!! Thanks Dani & Hans — you are a blessing to us all!
~ Laura & Terry Douglas
Thank you for loving and caring for all of us that need that extra flash light to help show the way. I have a been able to apply many of the new and different principals, I feel like they have always been with me, I just didn’t know how to put it all into action…. It’s been an amazing journey, thank you! ~ Susan Bafford
Dani- this was RIGHT on time! RIGHT on target! People are wanting to know how to raise the next generation and how to groom them! Thank you for being bold, for going against the flow. You have given me courage to continue on the path of success for my kids. For years it’s been a lonely path, but you have lit the fire even more, helped us to refine, to repent for where we’re lacking and to rise up where we’re strong. The next 2 kids will have the same upbringing as our oldest son- and this time, with better examples that are leading by all that we teach.
~ Sandi & Alan Krakowski
I thought the informationl was powerful. I can tell that this is something Dani’s heart is definitely into and I appreciate her honesty and sincerity. It’s hard to single out one thing that really impacted me the most from all of the great stuff. It really hit me how the principles are ONLY for people who want their kids to succeed. What I mean is, I understood better that it is easy (the default) to raise kids who are mediocre, but if I want my kids to be a breed above, there will be some extra effort. I love everything Dani teaches and I realize that as I apply it, it really isn’t an “extra effort” way, but a simpler, more fruitful way. Thanks! ~ Autumn Bosley
As a father of three and as an educational professional involved with three private provider Distance Education Organization start-ups (homeschoolers who are registered as a large group with a government educational authority), I am so impressed that all I can say is, everybody needs this training!
~ Bruce R. Lammertsma
I loved it. It really inspired me to get back on track with my kids. There were a lot of things that I was letting slide and I didn’t realize how much I was hindering their future success as adults. Thank you so much for your wonderful insight. It has helped my family already.
~ Kim Lopiccolo
Dani, Thanks for putting so much of your heart into helping raise up the next generation for success. My son is 17 and he’s a terrific kid but I have to think how much better off he would have been if I had applied your teaching in my parenting skills as he grew up. It’s going to be harder now, but I know it’s not too late and I’m going to start with both of us treating each other and my wife in a more honoring and respectful manner. One eye-opening aspect of the training was how the same Expose, Involve, and Upgrade process that works in business also works with raising kids. You made it plain to see why it is SO important to safeguard our kids by making sure they are exposed to the right messages, not what’s so prevalent in the world. That takes effort, I know, but kids are such a wonderful blessing from God and worth doing whatever it takes to protect them. Dani, thanks again. God bless you!
~ Bob Skiffington
We get the same compliments about our children that Dani does about hers. I know we are on the right track. But I learned about being able to show my children the direction of success. Dani showed us how to elininate fear from our children. She also helped my wife and I get on the same page. My wife finally sees some of things I have been trying to say and I finally see the things she is trying to say. Dani said it the same way we do, only now we were listening! My kids will thank you in 20 years!
~ John Finn
Truly the best training for families that I’ve ever heard. I It’s is very different raising kids today, than it was 15 years ago… Mentorship made a huge difference in my older daughters lives. With my 10 year old, her sisters are her mentors. I know now that I will apply more of the stuff I learned from you, especially the part about hugging and encouaging and forgiveness.
~ Susan
When I first heard this message it was a big “You have done a great job!” message to me. Raising my son,we incurred daily comments and criticism that we were destroying his future and ruining his chance for success. Working with Dani, I got set free from: Debt, disease, depression and hundreds of other things I set on a path to release and RE-direct my kids in. No small wonder the persecution increased around us, but this time I had freedom and liberty to KNOW that I was doing what is right. Now my son at 20 years old, is financially independent, moved cross country to work a full time job, has a savings account of over $15,000 and is wise beyond his years. This program not only confirmed to me I was doing everything right- it took everything I was doing to a higher more specific level, gives me more tools to use for my other two boys and I know will bring fruit for years to come!! ~ Sandi
“I learned so much from Grooming the Next Generation for Success – I learned how to correct the mistakes I was making in my business and now I have good practices to teach my family that will help insure their success for generations to come!”
~ Brian M.
We have 6 kids: 7, 6, 4, 2, 1, and another due in February. When we went for an ultra sound for our unborn baby, we were told that I would probably have to take the 3 younger kids out of the room, but they hadn’t seen kids so well behaved in a year. My wife says she’s no longer MANAGING the kids, now she’s got freedom! And I have a true alternative to angrily losing it with them. The future’s bright with possibilities, for us and our kids! Thank you!!!
~ Michael Casanova
WOW! I SO needed to hear this information! I am going to share it with my husband because these are the strategies that we have been looking for to help us raise our daughter. I am also going to be able to put them to work in my classroom of sixth graders. Thank you VERY much, Dani, for giving this knowledge to me and my family.
~ Terra Brown
I have been praying and yearning with every fiber of my being for training such as what you offered. I have 4 kids under 5 and I have often felt like I was failing them because I did not know how to train them up for the future. I now have the knowledge to gain the skills I have been lacking with my kids. I am so excited to immediately begin using the tools you equipped me with. You have been such a blessing to me not only in my business but also in my marriage, my spiritual life and now in my relationship with my children.
~ Monica Anderson
The whole training is fantastic! With my husband and I blending our families of older children with younger children from completely different backgrounds, it was wonderful to have Dani point out what should have been so obvious. Asking the older boys to help us groom the younger children is a great place to start. Thanks so much Dani!
~ Jody Whitaker
Dani, I loved the information! I’m already implementing the 4 words, it’s amazing the difference any of the words have on my children. I cannot thank you enough for sharing scenarios and how to respond to those scenarios. Thank you Dani for not wanting our kids to grow up spoiled either.
~ Karen Weaver-Hedrick
My husband and I have two boys… 15 and 12. We think we’re pretty good parents… but we had our eyes opened up a bit more after your teaching. We have always intended to raise our children to be their very best… and now we have a few more tools in the tool box. We LOVED the way you described the difference between protection and control… WOW! Makes perfect sense. So, how are we going to use all of the wonderful nuggets? Well, we’ll start by having a real heart to heart with the boys at our next family meeting… and go from there.
~ Julie Abarzua
