It was refreshing to hear someone think that it is important for children to be taught the importance of respect and honor. I also appreciated the strategies and techniques that were outlined. I plan to implement several of them in my classroom in the Fall. I hope to pass this information along to the parents of students in my classroom by setting some standards for acceptable behaviors at the beginning of the year, and offering to show parents ways to help their children become more accountable. Thank you Dani for being willing to say what needed to be said! Dani gave real examples that I can use. I realized that if I’m not grooming my children then someone else is. Dani, your grooming the next generation class was extremely beneficial. I am a high school business teacher, I have seen apathy and I am now in the process of implementing things you taught. We have a mixture of all of them in our family and your descriptions were right on target. Hearing it from you made more of an impact because your behavioral descriptions made so much sense! I’ve heard this and read this all before, but your presentation gave insights on how to work positively to allow each of those personalities and variations and combinations to become successful, well-balanced and happy individuals. Now we have the tools which we will implement one at a time. So many good points on truly grooming our children to be successful in life. Childern are a gift from God and as a parent we have the blessed opportunity to raise them according to God’s way and this training equips us all to see the true blessings that we have been given. I can’t put into enough words how inspirational your training on Grooming the Next Generation for Success. As I was listening, I was putting it into practice with my 4 year old daughter. You have given me the tools to raise my daughter’s to be successful in life and I can’t thank you enough .I will be able to use this information within my family, my part-time work and my home business. We just didn’t always have the motivating factor in mind when we were trying to stress a point. You have reminded us of this VITAL ingredient for success. This information is so needed. I thought I had done a good job with my children because like you, people would go out of their way to comment on how well behaved my children were. But I failed to equip them to succeed. Now that my sons are 17 and 19 and living with their father. I realize what drove them away was my controlling behavior in an effort to protect them and keep them safe. What I missed was the need to communicate with them and let them know why I made the decisions and ask for their help instead of screaming out demands and orders like a drill sargeant. I realize I failed to equip them for success. My oldest son has such resentment towards me and my younger son is filled with disrespect for me and any type of authority. However, I am encourgaged and filled with hope. I will do as you suggested and ask for their forgiveness, praying that God will heal us and our relationship. Dani- this was RIGHT on time! RIGHT on target! People are wanting to know how to raise the next generation and how to groom them! Thank you for being bold, for going against the flow. You have given me courage to continue on the path of success for my kids. For years it’s been a lonely path, but you have lit the fire even more, helped us to refine, to repent for where we’re lacking and to rise up where we’re strong. The next 2 kids will have the same upbringing as our oldest son- and this time, with better examples that are leading by all that we teach. I thought the informationl was powerful. I can tell that this is something Dani’s heart is definitely into and I appreciate her honesty and sincerity. It’s hard to single out one thing that really impacted me the most from all of the great stuff. It really hit me how the principles are ONLY for people who want their kids to succeed. What I mean is, I understood better that it is easy (the default) to raise kids who are mediocre, but if I want my kids to be a breed above, there will be some extra effort. I love everything Dani teaches and I realize that as I apply it, it really isn’t an “extra effort” way, but a simpler, more fruitful way. Thanks! As a father of three and as an educational professional involved with three private provider Distance Education Organization start-ups (homeschoolers who are registered as a large group with a government educational authority), I am so impressed that all I can say is, everybody needs this training! One eye-opening aspect of the training was how the same Expose, Involve, and Upgrade process that works in business also works with raising kids. You made it plain to see why it is SO important to safeguard our kids by making sure they are exposed to the right messages, not what’s so prevalent in the world. We get the same compliments about our children that Dani does about hers. I know we are on the right track. But I learned about being able to show my children the direction of success. Dani showed us how to elininate fear from our children. She also helped my wife and I get on the same page. My wife finally sees some of things I have been trying to say and I finally see the things she is trying to say. Dani said it the same way we do, only now we were listening! My kids will thank you in 20 years! Truly the best training for families that I’ve ever heard. I It’s is very different raising kids today, than it was 15 years ago… Mentorship made a huge difference in my older daughters lives. With my 10 year old, her sisters are her mentors. I know now that I will apply more of the stuff I learned from you, especially the part about hugging and encouaging and forgiveness. When I first heard this message it was a big “You have done a great job!” message to me. Raising my son,we incurred daily comments and criticism that we were destroying his future and ruining his chance for success. Working with Dani, I got set free from: Debt, disease, depression and hundreds of other things I set on a path to release and RE-direct my kids in. No small wonder the persecution increased around us, but this time I had freedom and liberty to KNOW that I was doing what is right. Now my son at 20 years old, is financially independent, moved cross country to work a full time job, has a savings account of over $15,000 and is wise beyond his years.
